Returns & Exchanges
At SP Connect, we stand behind the quality of our mounting systems and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all mounts, screws, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
